Lorenzo was a little ham. He was shy, he was smiley, he cried when he touched cake.. I mean I usually cry after I eat the cake, but you do you Lorenzo!

I seriously love bubble bath sessions guys! They are always the cutest and usually produce genuine smiles and laughs. I need to maybe offer them for many sessions. Let me know!

I like to call the theme of this session “It’s my party and I’ll cry if I want to.” But he still was the cutest little race car driver around! Happy Birthday little man!

Now I know what you all are thinking. Why is there a beach? Listen guys. Everyone knows I love adventure sessions so we hopped in a plan and went to the beach! Ok ok, maybe not. But if anyone wants to fly me to a beach I won’t complain. Here is the deal, dad isn’t from our little desert state and grew up surfing and wanted the ocean incorporated somehow. So I made some magic.

This family was so adorable and so easy to work with! It was a pleasure meeting and chatting with them during our time together. When they asked for a couple of shots solo I was happy to oblige. And they brought the fire!

Buchmiller | Desert Maternity

I honestly love repeat clients. I love watching your children grow and your family evolve. I’ve had the pleasure of working with this family for the past couple of years and watching them go from newlyweds to mom and dad.

It’s such a privilege shooting maternity and newborns and sharing such special and intimate moments in peoples lives. Ok, who is cutting onions in here this morning…

Anyways. We have had such a wet year out here the in the arid desert, and let me tell you it is breathtakingly beautiful right now. So obviously this was the perfect destination for this beautiful family. We battled bugs, danced to baby shark and played in the dreamy yummy light. We got blessed with a beautiful sunset. All in all it was a great day.

Olsen Family | Green River Adventure

I think going someplace that you visit and adventure at as a family for family pictures is basically the best idea ever. Why not have pictures of happy memories. I remember going to the La Sal Mountains with my family to camp, and I would kill to have some pictures of us all together back then. Something to look at and smile on and let the flood of good memories and times flow through you. I mean I’m just as happy to do a session in a beautiful field, but getting to take pictures someplace special to you is just icing on the cake. Not to mention I love new places and exploring ❤

Lets have fun on dirt roads guys!

Madrid Maternity | Wildflowers

It was seriously such a long hard winter here in Utah, I thought for sure it would never end! The end result is something I have never seen before. The desert and everywhere in between is so in bloom. Its so green and lush and full of blooms. Just like these beautiful blooming gals. So yay for warmer weather, blossoms, baby bumps and beautiful families.

Mountain Adventures | Price Utah Family Photographer

There is so much I want to tell you about this fun little session, but the one thing that is weighing on my heart the most is that the scenery will never be the same. I’m thankful for pictures because it will be a long time before I get to tell a story like this at Potters Ponds again. So you know, go get pictures taken in the places you love. Next year it might not look the same.

Sadness aside I love this cute little family and was happy to have this adventure with them. And now well, they have these pictures and memories to last a lifetime. 2016-10-06_00072016-10-06_00052016-10-06_00122016-10-06_00022016-10-06_00042016-10-06_00182016-10-06_00082016-10-06_00092016-10-06_00132016-10-06_00152016-10-06_00212016-10-06_00062016-10-06_0016 2016-10-06_00032016-10-06_00172016-10-06_00192016-10-06_00202016-10-06_0022 img_2650

Edith | Price Utah Newborn Photographer

I just realized I never got around to blogging sweet little Edith’s session. I get to see this gorgeous little gal a couple times a week when I drop my daughter off to preschool, and I have to try and control myself from snatching her up! She has the most divine little lips. I love them ❤

Chanel & Jesse Desert Maternity | Price Utah Maternity Photographer

I hate to play favorites but this one might be up there guys. The sky and the location is to die for! Not to mention Chanel and Jesse are pretty gosh darn good looking. I think they brought the heat to this desert maternity session. Cannot wait to meet their little lady.

Braegyn turns 1 | Price Utah Milestone Photographer

I love love love love love watching my babies grow up. Ok well, I mean they aren’t technically mine. But I still love it. I love even more capturing those moments between birth and 1 years. They literally go from sleepy little cuddle muffins (technical term for newborn) to wild eyed, strong willed tiny grown ups. In 12 months. 365 days.

Whoa.

I love what I do.

Ragsdale | Desert Thunderstorm Maternity session

Sometimes you just have to roll with it while a storm rolls in. I envisioned a sunny pretty desert session, with flowers and their bold colors popping up all over. Mother nature had different plans, and I guess she knows best because I absolutely love how these turned out. The sky brought so much emotion to the pictures, and the wind just added to the whimsy. 2016-07-07_0001 2016-07-07_0002 2016-07-07_0003 2016-07-07_0004 2016-07-07_0005 2016-07-07_0006 2016-07-07_0007 2016-07-07_0008 2016-07-07_0009 2016-07-07_0010 2016-07-07_0011 2016-07-07_0012 2016-07-07_0013 2016-07-07_0014 2016-07-07_0015 2016-07-07_0016 2016-07-07_0017 2016-07-07_0018 2016-07-07_0019 2016-07-07_0020 2016-07-07_0021 2016-07-07_0022 2016-07-07_0023 2016-07-07_0024
