Now I know what you all are thinking. Why is there a beach? Listen guys. Everyone knows I love adventure sessions so we hopped in a plan and went to the beach! Ok ok, maybe not. But if anyone wants to fly me to a beach I won’t complain. Here is the deal, dad isn’t from our little desert state and grew up surfing and wanted the ocean incorporated somehow. So I made some magic.
This family was so adorable and so easy to work with! It was a pleasure meeting and chatting with them during our time together. When they asked for a couple of shots solo I was happy to oblige. And they brought the fire!
I think going someplace that you visit and adventure at as a family for family pictures is basically the best idea ever. Why not have pictures of happy memories. I remember going to the La Sal Mountains with my family to camp, and I would kill to have some pictures of us all together back then. Something to look at and smile on and let the flood of good memories and times flow through you. I mean I’m just as happy to do a session in a beautiful field, but getting to take pictures someplace special to you is just icing on the cake. Not to mention I love new places and exploring ❤
What can I say about babies? I just love them. I love being able to capture these precious moments for you that are gone in a blink of an eye. I hope my love and passion shows through in the work that I do, because I give it my heart and soul.
Carter came into the session and immediately stole my heart. His big lips and squishy cheeks, lets just say I was over the moon.
It was seriously such a long hard winter here in Utah, I thought for sure it would never end! The end result is something I have never seen before. The desert and everywhere in between is so in bloom. Its so green and lush and full of blooms. Just like these beautiful blooming gals. So yay for warmer weather, blossoms, baby bumps and beautiful families.
If you ever want to look majestic on a moutain, wind blown, and the subject of a living work of art, give me a call. All my life I wanted to be Annie Leibovitz, and this year I’m more passionate about making your pictures look like a vogue spread than ever. Lets go to beautiful places and take beautiful pictures. Make your memories more than smiling happy poses. Lets make them an experience, an adventure. To be honest shooting in Moab, Utah has been a bucket list for so long! One is crossed off and now I have a couple more I’m dreaming up. Come on Mama’s lets go play! Also been feeling more and more the fine art aspect of photography. It felt so magical making some digital art with what I have in my head. So get ready this girl is no longer your basic, ordinary photographer. We are going full artist mode. And we are gonna do it together.
Sweet little Lincoln is pretty much a clone of his big brother! His dad showed me a side by side of them, and you honestly would have a hard time telling the two of them apart. His big brother wanted to help with the session and you could tell how much he loved him already. Love to watch the relationship between siblings ❤
